Gracia, Mishel Josmar, Jesús were absolutely amazing along with all of the other staff - everyone was so kind, smiley & were trying so hard to please all guests!

Staff assisting is a hit or miss. Room booked for three people and was not fully equipped for three people. Called to request extra waters and blankets but nothing was delivered. I followed up in person following day and was told bldg concierge would assist next day. Water was delivered on third day but no extra blanket. Ea day I would flag down housekeeping to replenish items since they would not do on their own. Property being updated so you will see workers and taped areas. Beach unfortunately not suitable to swim in due to caution Red flag posted and excessive amount of seaweed. Bonus to property adult only options available (pools, dining and bars).

Nos hospedaron en el Sens y no en el Grand Oasis Palm. Nos dijeron que la habitación tenía tina por un beneficio pero no fue así. La comida en los buffets es muy rica y en los restaurantes con reservación también, muy buena. Los meseros son sumamente amables. El servicio de snacks y bebidas en la piscina es deplorable así como los de los restaurantes sin reservación. Solamente tienen a UNA persona atendiendo, son filas ENORMES para obtener una bebida y lo hacen de mala gana (sea servir algo de tomar o de comer). El sistema de intercambio de toallas no es enfocado en el cliente, se debe devolver las toallas en el mismo kiosko donde se retiran y el sistema es en papel y en lápiz, pero las reservaciones para los restarurante se hacen a través de una app de la cual hay que estar pendiente sino te cancelan la reserva. Los horarios de los restaurantes no están claros ya que no todos están abiertos y no indican en la app si solo son para adultos o no. Mi cama apestaba a orines, pasé dos malas noches gracias a ello mientras identificada el problema. La almohada y las sábanas y cubrecolchón estaban apestosas a orines del huesped anterior. Si no fuera por la comida, las instalaciones bonitas y los meseros amables, no lo recomendaría en lo absoluto.

The resort is one of the cheaper options and you get what you pay for. The food was decent , if you book the oasis palm you only have a few A la carte restaurants to choose from, the rest you have to pay for just fyi.They had shows and activities most of the days. The beach area is decent. There’s always a wait in line whether it’s to check in or buffet, even when waiting for the elevator. The check in process was very frustrating, had a super early flight + a long wait at the airport, then arrived at the resort around 2pm (check in was 3pm). They gave us our wristbands and were told to return to the check in lobby at 3:30 pm to receive our rooms and activate our wristbands but so did about 30-40 other guests. We were exhausted from the early flight didn’t get our rooms until 4:30-5pm. We had to return a few times to the lobby by stairs because wristbands were not activated correctly. Other than that issue everything was okay. There is staff that is by the elevator offering pirate ship boat rides for free but they are trying to sell timeshares. Overall the resort is okay. I give it a 3/5 Stars.

Overall great! Playmakers and rest of staff are great!!!, only downside was buffet area was very hot during lunch, ac could not keep up, and also need more bartender working at the swim up bar, only had 3 bartender they cant keep up , waited 15mins for a drink never had a bartender even walk by where i was at in the pool bar, then i got out of the pool to wait over 5 mins more to get one at the outside pool bar, was not staff fault, more a poor mangenment only having total of 4 bartenders working that huge bar. during main pool party times. Bash Dj need to stick to more of what the theme night are and songs that relate to them, first 30 mins he does then it the same old tracks they play everynight just in a different order, you can tell it gets old to all the people that been there more than 2 nights instantly kill the mood and dance floor starts to empty.

Lovely property. Staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. Resort is quiet and secluded. Food was amazing.

Great stay. Will be back!

Very good resort very good service and we have so much fun. Hopefully, we go back again.
