What a luxurious stay. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable and the towels were very thick. It was easy to adjust the heating/AC. Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the area. The hotel is across from the Public Gardens and a 20 minute walk to the beautiful waterfront. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, definitely would recommend.

Stayed for a week. Great location - easy walk down to waterfront. Helpful front desk. Beds are comfortable. On the surface, things look ok. But many things aren't working properly & are worn out. Room service brought fresh towels every day & made beds (that's the extent of the housekeeping). As others have posted, parking out front of hotel is a nightmare. There is construction noise starting at 7am but that's not the hotels fault. Lots of construction/cranes everywhere downtown Halifax. Insane price per night for the condition of the hotel and amenities offered.

This facility is lovely, if a little pricey. It is ideal for a relaxing getaway or special occasion. The view of the lake is great and provides an ideal backdrop. The dome is spacious and has everything you need. A little more countertop and food prep area would have improved the experience. There is a nice bbq on the deck but unfortunately no table so you have to eat inside, which I found sad as it would have been nice to watch the boats on the lake whilst eating dinner. There is a good walking trail right next door to work up an appetite. Overall a pleasant experience for our first time staying in a dome.

The rooms were horrible. There was no maintenance. They duct taped or taped a window that was cracked in half the elevator. Sounds like it's from the '60s and should be repaired

The property has was beautiful in the rear. Lovely gardens. Beautiful Peaceful area to sit by the water.

Actually this property surprised me. Pleasantly. The hallways were older and will need maintenance but the room was fine. I like the added security with cameras
