La localización excepcional, el personal muy atento lleno de detalles al recibirnos, unos chocolates deliciosos en la habitación con una botella de vino, pastillas en la recepción, lo único fue la alfombra en la habitación que estaba con polvo y que la habitación era extremadamente pequeña, casi no se podía caminar por sus lados. Tenía un balcón hermoso con vista al patio que invitaba a pasar más tiempo.

It was everything I had hoped it to be. Very quaint and comfortable. Staff was very kind accommodating. Perfect setting for a romantic couple! Location is unbeatable. Would stay here again for sure!

I wish that I could give the staff more than 5 stars for such excellent customer service. This hotel is a hidden gem in the lovely city of Bruges. Every little touch made our stay special. The room was very clean and contained everything we needed and the price was very reasonable. Should we ever return to Bruges, we would definitely stay here again.
