Location is close to the beach as well as shopping, I enjoyed it immensely.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Teresa MGallery in Rio. This boutique hotel in the artsy Santa Teresa neighborhood, a mix of historic charm with modern luxury. The location offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. My room was stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was warm and attentive, the pool area is stunning, and the food (especially breakfast) was excellent. An oasis in Rio — highly recommended for a memorable, upscale experience!

Outstanding all round.

Superb location just a block away from the fames Ipanema beach. Lots of eateries within a few blocks. Metro is right next door which makes getting to Centro real easy even in heavy traffic. Staff was super helpful and cheerful. The room size is what I expect in Ipanema. Wish the bathroom is bit bigger and they should add a hand shower. I missed that after coming back from beach.

So everything was amazing with amazing staff. The only complaint I have is the breakfast was terrible. Even the juice was watered down. I stayed at another hotel that the breakfast was amazing.
