Review from an American. First, just understand that this is a resort designed for children. The vast majority of the guests are families from the UK traveling with children. It is a cheap family option with impressive photos of the facility. Kids will have a blast in the pools, playgrounds, mini golf, arcade, beach club, etc. But as far as adult travelers, without kids, you will get bored in one day. There is one pool. Everything else you have to TAKE A BUS to get to the beach club. The beach club is just more pools for kids. Trampolines, water park. There is only one real food option at the hotel, the buffet. They advertise more restaurants but they are closed most days and they COST EXTRA EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR THE ALL INCLUSIVE OPTION. The arcade also costs extra for every single activity. The spa also costs extra for all activities. Do not expect this resort to even come close to what you would find in the Caribbean for all-inclusive, there is no comparison. DO NOT PLAN ON A REAL AMERICAN BREAKFAST. They cater to British guests so the food is very much like the UK. English (not American) "breakfast" and a bunch of pastries. Nothing fulfilling. The buffet is also not open all day. It closes for 2-3 hours between mealtimes which is disappointing. They were also severely understaffed in Sept. 2026 when we stayed. Long lines at reception. If you're an adult couple, look for something else in Marbella or even the Canary Islands.
