They were very helpful and attentive. They helped celebrate my daughter and husband birthday with a decorative room and cake for both of their bday. My family and I had calm relaxed experience here. Staff were really great. I highly recommend going back.

The place was very nice, the staff was friendly, and the food was decent. If you want to explore in town, I would look for something closer to town since this place was kind of far away and it was pricey to get to the activities. But overall, a very good experience!

We had a great time staying at Villa Massis. The entire staff was very friendly and very accommodating and very warm and they took good care of us while we stayed there.

This beautiful property is a hidden gem. The staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating and the grounds are beautiful. There was not a ton of other guest which was nice to keep a relaxing vibe but some of the activities were limited. You could not enjoy the ocean because of the accumulation of sargassum and the water pressure needed to be consistently stronger. Despite this, I would gladly return and highly recommend Itz’ana for your next Belizean vacay!
