South Naples Waterpark Holidays

Nice property, had nice view of pond, turtles and ducks around pond. Room was nice, just smelled like pets. Pool at property was very nice and big.

We had planned on going off site for dinners. We ended up just staying on the resort and going to their restaurant. We had a delightful, relaxing time there with everything we needed right there!

I liked the location, it’s right on the beach but only one part of the hotel. The other part is across the street, however it’s not far. I also liked the peaceful atmosphere maybe due to the fact the hotel is pricey so not everyone can afford it. I didn’t like that they charge a lot of different taxes and for valet parking is about $44 daily plus parking taxes. Also, the rooms furniture and decor are obsolete.

Exceptional! We have stayed here already 3 times…Excellent customer service and the hotel and pool are amazing! I recommend this hotel 100%! Also the Restaurant upstairs is chefs kiss!

Everything about our experience was a perfect 10 out of 10. But what stood out time after time was every single interaction with any and all staff members. They are professional, friendly, and make you feel like the most important person on the planet. Every single time. I’ve stayed in beautiful hotels all over the world and this one is the best of the best.
