From the moment I arrived at Hacienda Encantada, I was completely blown away by the resort’s atmosphere. The stunning traditional décor throughout the property, especially in the lobby, gave it an elegant and authentic charm that made the whole experience feel like a cultural escape, not just a vacation. The views? Absolutely unbeatable. Waking up to panoramic ocean views framed by classic arches, with the soft hues of sunrise reflecting off the water, was something I’ll never forget. The infinity pool just outside my room made it even more surreal — it felt like I had my own private piece of paradise. But what truly set this stay apart was the staff. Every person I encountered, from check-in to daily service, was beyond helpful and incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of at every turn, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The all-inclusive package made it effortless to relax and enjoy everything the resort had to offer — delicious food, stunning surroundings, and exceptional hospitality. If you’re looking for a resort that combines breathtaking scenery, warm and attentive service, and beautiful traditional design, Hacienda Encantada is everything you could ask for and more. I can’t wait to come back.

Very nice and clean resort

All was good the rooms by the pool the best … restaurants is good as well but my only only dislike was getting to the room, lots of zig zag walk down the halls to get to your room! Very clean, very polite staff … love the pool bar!
