(525 reviews) The main hotel was fine, however there’s two buildings to this hotel. We stayed in the building across the road. The room was okay, the carpet could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable. Could have done with two pillows each rather than one. What spoilt our stay was during 4 nights stay was we had no room service whatsoever. We were down to our last few sheets of toilet roll when leaving. Many will ask why didn’t I ask for extra, I am not prepared to go over the road and walk back with toilet roll or other things. We were on the main road where the 17 tram runs very regular, been on floor one was a little noisy, however for the convenience of public transport it was vey good and could live with the noise, in summer with the windows open, could be to noisy. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for the Christmas Markets, just wish room service would have been available, once again I should not have to ask for it. (143 reviews) フランクフルトへ夜行バスで移動したため、チェックインの日の早朝6時頃にホテルに到着しました。 満室のためアーリーチェックが出来ないとのことでしたが、チェックアウトがあったようで9時頃に部屋に入れてくれました。 それまではフロントのソファーで荷物の整理や身支度をさせてもらい、コーヒーまで頂きました。帰る日もお土産をキャリーに詰め込んでいたら、またコーヒーをいただきました笑 備品が無くなったりはありましたが、フロントに言うと持ってきてくれましたし、部屋も十分な広さでキャリーを広げることもできます。 今回は冬だったので冷蔵庫がなくても大丈夫でしたが、夏に宿泊される方はもしかしたらあった方がいいと思うかもしれません。ちなみに、ボトルで置いていったのは炭酸水でした。 フランクフルト中央駅からは2駅で5分ほど(徒歩でも20分ほどなので歩こうと思えば歩けます。)空港までも乗り換え1回で30分ほどで付きます。 ホテルから徒歩10分ほどのところに大きめのREWEがあるので、駆け込みお土産の調達も可能です。 スタッフの方が親切なので、最後まで気持ちよくホテルを利用することが出来ました。 Reviewed on 29 Nov 2025 Don't see what you're looking for?
