Was a great stay

This place is awesome if you have kids. Truly a magical couple of days for the wee ones. The thing I liked the most was the relative lack of phones. The resort gives each person a wristband to pay for things and access their room, meaning a very blessed few days with few people tapping and scrolling in my vicinity…seriously, the only people with phones are the ones who just can’t help it and bring plastic pouches so they can scroll while at the waterpark, or anyone who booked a “private cabana” which essentially is just a scrolling zone. It was great to see families having fun together at the many different experiences spread around the hotel. The rooms are good and everything is up to standard. The staff in particular were incredible. Highly recommended for families, especially with kids between 7-12 years old.

Great location for getting to the falls and for driving to Niagara on the Lake.

Staff were great. Cleaners work very hard to keep tje hotel clean. The water park can use a bit more cleaning around the drains.. and steps/staors around the water park.
