This was our second stay here at Villas del Palmar Flamingos. As always the room was spotless clean at arrival and during the stay. The staff and bell boys are always so kind and very helpful throughout our stay. Very family friendly place. I will always recommend this place and will be booking our future stays in PV here ❤️✨

Very clean. Friendly staff. Great ocean views

The bathtub drain did not close. The closet space for hangers was insufficient. The patio door was hard to open and close. The dehumidifier filter was filthy and was full of water. The door was hard to open and close. One of the safe’s was not operational. Victor our concierge dumped us the minute we told him we would not attend the breakfast meeting. We were not allowed to see our upgraded room before we purchased it. The picture we were shown for our upgraded room looked like it had an ocean view. Which it did not. Beach chairs and umbrellas were scattered recklessly. Entertainment was lacking. But I understand that you get what you pay for…therefore my rating is average but we will not return.
