Great location with short stroll to 5th Ave shops and directly opposite Central Park.

Bare concrete floors in bathroom, freaking cold and it’s summer outside. How cold does that floor get at winter… Shower door needs a seal at the bottom so water doesn’t flow out in front of sink. Huge puddles flow out.

My husband and I were delighted that our room was available for check-in early. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Great Mid Town location, our suite was opposite the Empire State Tower. Used the Club Access every day which was a HUGE bonus for our experience. The GYM was 10/10 modern and Cool. Had a dodgy Dinner one night with our sides being forgotten, but ate out or in the club at other times. Staff were great especially in the Club and the downstairs team. Would definitely visit again

Super helpful staff, large clean room, a bit of nighttime noise but not more than any other hotel in NYC

Friendly staff, good coffee nearby and a restaurant next to the place. We will be staying again.

Loved how comfortable the beds were. Loved that it was quiet and how helpful the staff was. Loved its location, very central. I felt the furnishings and decor were out of date, but clean and comfortable. Wasn't crazy about the hallways leading to our room or the elevators being slow. I would say overall that I would recommend this place and would consider returning.
