Vejle Ost Waterpark Holidays

I stayed here for 3 nights on a work trip. The room was fantastic, spacious with a mini kitchenette. Very handy. Bed was really comfortable to sleep in and there was a nice sized table to sit at in the evening. Staff at reception were fantastic!! However, it's MASSIVELY confusing when you first arrive because nowhere on Hotels.com does it tell you that the Kirk Suites are part of the Zsleep hotel adjoining them. So when you're looking for the Kirk Suites reception, there isn't one!! You can't check in online on the machines in the foyer with a Hotels.com reference number, it doesn't recognise it. And there is tiny sign that says there is a reception on the 11th floor of the Zsleep hotel. Hugely confusing, please put something about this in the hotel info.

We came from the uk for a few days and flew. The challenge we had was the rental towels was one per person (and if not driving hard to pack) which meant they were constantly wet (pool and shower) The kitchen was well stocked and the chalet warm and basic but no hairdryer (again hard to take if flying) we were also the furthest away chalet and so the walk to the centre and pool was very far and not pleasant in the dark. We weren’t able to rent bikes which would have helped. I think a better place to stay if you have a car full of what you need including kids bikes etc not a quick 3 day flying break.
