Staff were very helpful. Josue kept in touch with us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Food quality isn’t the best I’ll give it a 7 out of 10. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly and we lost power during our stay.
The glass tiles were pealing and you could see inside our bathroom.

This place was amazing for first time travelers visiting Mexico. The staff was so friendly and the people were so nice. It was beautiful. There was tons of activities and we will definitely be back.
