Greater Ploen Lake Waterpark Holidays

I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost.

This is a truly spectacular hotel, from both an architectural and design perspective. Iconic and typical of Hamburg's art deco heritage. The pool and spa were fabulous: beautiful, luxurious and perfectly maintained. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and very helpful (in particular at the conciergery where a lovely young woman managed to procure me a taxi in very tight circumstances entirely of my own making). All round a slick operation - would love to visit again.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were large and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great Convenient walk to most of the touristy areas of Hamburg Close by parking station although quite expensive We would recommend staying at this hotel

Love breakfast. Perfect for my finicky 13 year old daughter. Tasted amazing!, especially after 28 hours of travel. Loved swimming too. Service was amazing and so helpful with anything we asked for help with. Came from Idaho and loved every minute. Beautiful inside and outside.

Room cleaning was not regular.

Very nice hotel, a bit basic but very clean and good. The elevators are very slow
