We only had a couple issues. Upon arrival we had no hot water and the people staying above us were up all night walking around and it feltvlike constantly flushing the toilet. Made it difficult for a good night sleep.

This hotel was excellent! Every staff person was friendly and helpful. They took good care of us! This is a good place to stay if you are going to the ORPHEUM, FedEx arena and downtown. The hotel itself was unique with loft style rooms. The rooms are quiet and we got good sleep here.

The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for safely walking to Beale Street. The reception team and all of the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming and always smiling. The room was very clean with a large bathroom and very comfortable large bed. It was a pleasant stay thank you.
