Some of the staff members were abrupt and unhelpful when asking for service, room cleaning - tea cup not cleaned, no breakfast tea supplied in rooms.
Was very surprised to have to pay for the use of deck chairs and parasols on the Private beach, in a 4 star hotel?
Breakfast was good but after spending 12 days staying in different tourist destinations in Slovenia all in 4 star hotels. I would not class this Hotel as 4 Star.
