Amazing staff , immplecible rooms , and access to everything....

It had good locations near. Free parking and water. This place is terrible. 1980s era cheap window air conditioning unit hanging of window. You cannot close the room darkening shades. Deangelo front desk clerk totally unsmiling, unhelpful. Elevator 1 of two broke down for a day, had to get by crew working on my floor fixing elevator. Very old plug multipliers so worn I could not keep laptop plugged in. Complained to front desk staff and told “not my pay grade “. Rained and water leaked on my floor hallway . Entrance so small auto has tough time getting through. Restaurant ok but closed at. 2pm several days per week. Closed for “private event “ with no notice. We paid average 400 per night for pay experience.

Clean room great staff

We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night. The location was amazing, literally right next to the Metro station, and the hotel was nice overall. We had a nice view of Farragut park from our 9th floor room. The walls and windows didn't seem to keep out much noise, we did hear sirens and people talking in the hallway and next room through the night. To know if you go - the parking garage is about a block and a half away from the actual hotel, and cost $36. I thought I had selected only hotels with breakfast included, but they do not have any breakfast available, just a discount at a nearby cafe. The staff seemed friendly enough, but when I tried to check in, they referred us to the self check in even though they weren't helping anyone else. They did help the next people who came in though, which was how I found out there was no breakfast available. The rooms seemed pretty clean, but we did find some random items on the carpet, looked like pieces from a broken pen. Overall, I would recommend this hotel because of the great location and reasonable cost.
