Navarra Pyrenees Waterpark Holidays

Stayed here in December and everything was great. We tried to book a parking space and told it was first come get the spaces.we were told the parking was full. We were offered another secure parking space locally. We could not get our larger car into the space, it was also not secure. We finally got into the garage at 5 pm to find it empty. When leaving the very scruffy man on reception continued to talk to a friend. After waiting several minutes I put down the card and left. Great hotel location. Staff need help

Pamplona was the surprise of our visit to the north of Spain. El Gran Hotel La Perla was without a doubt the very best choice when visiting this beautiful city. The staff was magnificent, the room fantastic, the bathroom was large and the location was PERFECT! Right in Plaza del Castillo where the action happens and the bulls pass by in la Corrida de Toros. Loved the Room Key as it felt like staying at a Castle. Highly recommended.

Quiet location with a bit of a walk to the central plaza and restaurants. A good deal for when city is busy in festival as bus is across the street and drops off block to plaza de toros. Staff was friendly and helpfull laundry area came in handy for long travel

The air conditoner kept shutting off Management finally fixed it

Pamplona was the surprise of our visit to the north of Spain. El Gran Hotel La Perla was without a doubt the very best choice when visiting this beautiful city. The staff was magnificent, the room fantastic, the bathroom was large and the location was PERFECT! Right in Plaza del Castillo where the action happens and the bulls pass by in la Corrida de Toros. Loved the Room Key as it felt like staying at a Castle. Highly recommended.

Great hotel... well located, clean, nice staff.

The hostel / hotel is on the edge of an industrial estate which is isn’t particularly attractive however just a short walk is lovely little village. I travelled solo with a dog and found this a very good place to stay. The supermarket underneath the hostel is very good too. OneKey usage and a really good communication with reception made this an enjoyable stay.
