Great location close to core shopping area. Had slight issue in room but got a free upgrade to a family suite which was great. Staff were attentive and reachable. I'd stay here again.

The room was clean, the kitchen was convenient for the days I cooked. There’s a grocery store within walking distance. Having as washer dryer combo was great for doing laundry during our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and stay there again!!!

The staff in this hotel make it a real gem. Every person I interacted with was a delight, friendly and knowledgeable from the bar and wait staff through to the reception and housekeeping staff. The hotel is well located in Reykjavik and all the main attractions are walkable - even in heavy snow and ice. The rooms are clean, large and well laid out with great quality showers. I cannot rate this hotel and the staff more highly, they were even able to secure a taxi for us during heavy snow and ice when our transfer cancelled on us. There is a lovely cafe on sight with a range of pastries and coffee to start your day.

Location - walking distance to central area Staff - extremely welcoming, helpful and wonderful tot all to Room - modern and clean Spa - much needed after a day in the cold Bar - nice touch with seating around the fireplace
