The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location was excellent, and everything was extremely clean. The bar area was beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, making it a great spot for photos.

Room was very big and clean with a huge window and a lovely view of the Liver Building . Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Nice bar with outside space and views .

Very central location, had an issue with the front entrance and keycode, but so did another family staying, we were given an alternative code that we had to use. The place was very clean, however there was bleach stains on carpets in bedroom and a cracked mirror, but these things could be overlooked considering price. If your a very light sleeper take ear plugs as you can hear street noise from bars and clubs nearby. For the price, location and cleanliness I would stay again and recommend.

Family suite with a double and two single beds perfect for the family trip. Staff amazing, couldn't be more helpful. Good bar with decent selection, amazing pizzas in the garden. Most importantly, two minutes walk from Anfield, so perfect for the Foo Fighters gig. Would use again at the drop of a hat.
