Very comfortable hotel. Would stay there again. Walkable to everything.

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

The staff and amenities were top notch. The only issue we had were the amount of children running around the property, and some of them did not seem to be watched by a parent.

Good location. Next to tram line Straight shot to the airport But to goto ZURICH HB u have to change to the train line It’s kind of a quiet residential area. Breakfast is good Laundry was helpful Rooms are small Very clean

The hotel was super convenient and the staff was awesome! The room was small and had limited amenities. Breakfast room was clean and comfortable and the food was quite good.
