Southwest Victoria Waterpark Holidays

Room was fantastic, very modern with a comfy bed. Location was excellent, right in the heart of Melbourne. We had a great stay as a travelling couple and will definitely stay again.

Very clean, super convenient and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and well appointed. My stay was brief, but very enjoyable.

From the moment we reached reception the staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was amazing with plenty of room and facilities. This is close to a lot of restaurants and easily walkable to major shopping areas such as Bourke Street Mall and Melbourne Central. Buffet breakfast was the standard fare with most hotels, however the availability of the snack bar throughout the day until 10pm is next level and very much appreciated. Further to that they have a daily Wine Down event on the mezzanine level with plenty of seating and atmosphere with a pool table to boot.

Location in cbd was very convenient. Dining out was easy especially in the rain.

The room cleaning wasn’t very good, we stayed 7nights in the hotel and the room is dusty everyday even after the house keeping. The shower and pipe was old needed updates.

Great location and easy access to the free loop service. Enjoyed the heated spa and easy access to the city
