Western Brandenburg Waterpark Holidays

We have stayed here in numerous occasions and the standards are always at high levels. Friendly staff, quiet location and within easy access to Berlin and surrounds with rental car as well as public transportation. Nice array of restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. Just wish that they would start including some vegan options in their breakfasts.

Very convenient location and polite staff. The rooms were great to use (have everything you need to be comfortable away from home.)

Construction going on in front of the hotel. Grocery nearby was handy. Very limited kitchen with few tools to use for cooking. Nice bathroom but the hotel was without a paid laundry which made a long stay difficult. I really like the Adina chain, but this location could be better.

Excellent location and facilities just wish the restaurant menu was a little more extensive - not sure mezza fits with Berlin

Nice staff, clean room, great location. Food could use more work and our servers weren’t checking up on our table enough during dinner. Sauce and sides added to the dish is just to make it look fancier but the main course’s taste is not up to the price it cost.

Apartment room was good, well equiped and clean. The hotel was nice, the staff helpful and the food excellent. The only issue we had was the room was very warm overnight despite advertising rooms were air conditioned it was not available (told it is not switched on until it gets to a certain temperature).

1: clean spacious modern room with walk in shower, comfortable bed. 2: excellent location with trams right outside the front door. 3: huge breakfast with all areas covered and then some, with a large staff. 4: courteous staff.

Great hotel for our needs.
