The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

I booked the apartment paid for it a month ago when I got there they told me that they don’t see my reservation or name in the system. After a lot of arguments for hours they send me to other location and give me completely different apartment and only after I told them that I’ll call the cops. I would stay far away from this listing

The Hotel was excellent, roof top breakfast was fantastic with view of the pyramids great service also rooftop restaurant. The hotel manager Aladin offered a tour from the hotel we were able to make a deal with him for a 2 day pyramid and city tour. Our Guide Abdul was amazing, very reliable, knowledgeable and respectful of my wife and I needs during our honeymoon from USA / Brazil He knew everything about Egypt and great English to explain everything and took us everywhere we needed. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was exceptional—from the elegant design and spotless rooms to the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Every detail reflected quality and care. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were excellent, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. You can really tell that guest satisfaction is their top priority. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special. I can’t wait to come back!

I had an excellent stay. Yosef was extremely solicitous of my comfort, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I originally booked the Triple Room for 2 nights and ended up extending it an additional 2 to be my home base for my entire visit to Cairo. I picked the room even though I was traveling alone because it was the only one available at the time with a pyramid view. The Queen room next to it looked even nicer.
