The design & clean room

Great location, in the theater district and a stones throw from time square. Walkable to many restaurants, central park and other mid town attractions. Nice updated rooms, large bathroom, and friendly staff. Wish there was a little more offered at the continental breakfast, but that is just nitpicking.

The room was overall good order and clean. 5 Star is reserved for properties that go above and beyond with details and exceed expectations. This property was great with regards to cleanliness, but not 5 star. Minor details, small spots here and there and other fine details that can be overlooked but keeps it from a 5 star rating

Great staff super good breakfast for american hotel and for free!!! Only thing was shower temp only came in freezing for burning

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff, especially in the restaurant, were very attentive. Breakfast was delicious each morning and set us up well for the day. Lunch on our first day was also very tasty. The roof top bar was nice. Complimentary biscuits on arrival and cake in our last night was a lovely touch. The only downside was the spa. While cute, the three rooms were not worth 90 euros for an hour and a half. You would only really need an hour tops in there due to the size of the space. I also did not like the fact there was no room to change, we should have been given robes and allowed to change in our room. The steam room had steam, but no heat and after walking up the steps in the jacuzzi and the railings falling apart we came out of the spa after ten minutes. I think if this was an added extra for the hotel and use of it included in the price to stay, it would be much more reasonable. It was a shame as everything else about the hotel we loved. Comfy bed, hot shower etc. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Great price for this location! I upgraded from the standard queen, and the room was clean, nice, and spacious with a very large bathroom. To say that it was a workstation was a bit of a stretch, but there was a narrow table, and it was possible to fit a small laptop. I'd stay there again.

The hotel staff were nice & helpful. The hotel is in a good location for walking distance to many attractions & local restaurants & shopping. The downfall is the beds are so hard like wood you wake up sore. The walls are paper thin you hear everything including other guests urinating. You hear lots of late night noises of cars & people. Definitely need earplugs. The breakfast was okay but if you go when it’s busy they run out of cutlery & dishes.

Everything was good, room is small but does the job. Location was great, central to everything.

Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware
