9.4/10 Exceptional! (728 reviews)
I booked this hotel about a month in advance. You charged my credit card immediately so I assumed we were all set …..BUT…..When we arrived they told us we were being transferred to another hotel. Mind you we traveled 7 hours with my 1 1/2 year old grandchild , arrived at 7:30 to find out we had no room. I am 65 was exhausted along with my family especially the little one so loading back into a car was not easy.
Also a few days before our check in I received a message that said we are preparing you room . And I responded we are looking forward to our stay as I felt this was just the place I had been looking for.
Now I feel I would discourage anyone from staying here !!!!!

8.8/10 Excellent! (3,369 reviews)
We absolutely love staying at Orange Lake! The resort is always clean, well-maintained, and has so many great amenities. The pools are wonderful, and there are plenty of activities and things to do for both kids and adults. The location is another huge plus! It’s close to Disney, shopping, restaurants, and just about everything you could need. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation, whether you’re planning to spend your days at the parks or just relax and enjoy the resort. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to coming back!

8.4/10 Very good! (1,001 reviews)
I’ve been to this area several times and this was the first time I was unhappy
First off , roaches in the sink and wall
Second, sofa was too low to sit on. Terrible for elderly visitors
Third, mattress dented in the middle and my back every morning. Not sure what is going on. Hope that things change because I visit this resort at least twice a year.
