A beautiful resort with absolutely amazing things for kids. They definitely need some more staff in order to keep things up and running a bit more smoothly. Otherwise we will definitely be back to enjoy the amazing pools, and the water park!

Very clean staff was wonderful. We were just without cable the entire time and WiFi kept going off and on. But other than that everything was great. We will definitely be back next year.

Place was clean and spacious. Didn’t like the fact checking in they tell you that you must do a time share presentation. I said no where did it state that. They have all your information and continuously call.

Very clean staff was wonderful. We were just without cable the entire time and WiFi kept going off and on. But other than that everything was great. We will definitely be back next year.

The overall property was great with lots of amenities. The pools are awesome. While our room was clean, the floors were not. The floors had hair on them and we had to sweep when we got in. The check in was awful. The line was insane. While we went during spring break, it didn’t feel like there was enough staff to support it. At one point, I asked someone to help me check in online since we were in line nearly an hour. She realized the online check in option was removed from the app and literally just walked away. Didn’t come back, didn’t check in on me, nothing. Also, the stay only covers one car during stay and no where on our reservation did it say that. It was another $35/day we weren’t aware of. Additionally, there are no smoking signs posted around the property stating that there will be fines yet two guests were outside the parking garage were smoking weed and no one was stopping it. While the amenities were great, I’d think twice before I stayed again.

Very poor wifi. Property not maintained as good as previous visits (when it was Liki Tiki). Didn't used to have to pay for parking or for the use of the bikes.
