(302 reviews) I initially booked one night at Jaz Sharm Dreams after fleeing a terrible experience at a hotel in Dahab, but ended up staying longer because of the warm hospitality! The hotel was 5-star and is now 4-star. Some areas like the bathrooms could use updating, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveller, safety matters. I appreciated being given a room close to the main building. Rooms have safes and proper locks and latches, which made me feel secure. There are SEVEN pools, including a heated pool with a jacuzzi and another with a swim-up pool bar. The main pool is lively with music and activities, while other pools are geared towards relaxation. Special thanks to Iraky, the pool supervisor who kindly helped me reserve one of the gorgeous canopy daybeds before the early risers :)) The animation team (Adham and Alan) were great at organising darts, volleyball, yoga and aqua aerobics but respectful of guests resting. Food was 9/10 for all-inclusive. I enjoyed the salad stations and outdoor grill with fresh bread, chicken and kofta. What really made the stay was the staff. Mahmoud, Karim and Maryam at reception were very kind throughout and upgraded me after my difficult arrival. Also big thanks to Mohamed from housekeeping, Chefs Hany + Adel, Mr Edam, Mohamed at the omelette station, Mahmoud, El Sayed, Karim and the attentive restaurant team. What was meant to be a one-night stop turned into a really enjoyable stay. I’d happily return.
