It's a good hotel however it seemed a bit old, not very modern. A lot of the facilities like pool tables, video games, etc were not working. Some of the water slides were not working or sometimes bumpy leading to some scratches on the way down. Food wise, not impressed at all. Very similar food choices everyday and vegetarians would really struggle for choices.

Amazing service , staff and food.

I initially booked one night at Jaz Sharm Dreams after fleeing a terrible experience at a hotel in Dahab, but ended up staying longer because of the warm hospitality! The hotel was 5-star and is now 4-star. Some areas like the bathrooms could use updating, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveller, safety matters. I appreciated being given a room close to the main building. Rooms have safes and proper locks and latches, which made me feel secure. There are SEVEN pools, including a heated pool with a jacuzzi and another with a swim-up pool bar. The main pool is lively with music and activities, while other pools are geared towards relaxation. Special thanks to Iraky, the pool supervisor who kindly helped me reserve one of the gorgeous canopy daybeds before the early risers :)) The animation team (Adham and Alan) were great at organising darts, volleyball, yoga and aqua aerobics but respectful of guests resting. Food was 9/10 for all-inclusive. I enjoyed the salad stations and outdoor grill with fresh bread, chicken and kofta. What really made the stay was the staff. Mahmoud, Karim and Maryam at reception were very kind throughout and upgraded me after my difficult arrival. Also big thanks to Mohamed from housekeeping, Chefs Hany + Adel, Mr Edam, Mohamed at the omelette station, Mahmoud, El Sayed, Karim and the attentive restaurant team. What was meant to be a one-night stop turned into a really enjoyable stay. I’d happily return.

We are a family of 7 travelling from Canada that stayed in 3 rooms. We were very impressed with the resort, kind genuine staff and quality of food and beverage included with the all-inclusive. We stay at 5 star all-inclusive hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico and would recommend this resort for those looking for a different experience. The snorkeling off the beach with the variety of coral and fish is hard to find and very much appreciated with the hotel’s location.

The service was great. The people were nice despite language challenges. It’s insane how they work round the clock with a smile. The bathrooms could have been more updated, with occasional challenges for hot showers. Food was good, and weather was amazing. Kids loved the aqua park which was our main reason for choosing this resort.
