This place was seriously fantastic! The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The staff were super friendly, and the food was really good too, especially the breakfast we had at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would totally recommend it. It's definitely a first-class experience all around. The only problem is with the shower keeps switching up hot to cold

The venue was very nice in terms of location and space. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The only bad experience we had was about the quality of guests, was bringing the excellent level of service to its lowest level. The hotel must consider avoiding offers to companies with lowest rate ever. It brought the level of service to the unexpected level as. The management should consider accepting more foreigners and Egyptian families. The staff were amazing and were doing their very best to please all of us since we were all coming from countries Across the oceans.

We all loved it! Great selection of slides, pools. It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out. Our room was big enough for 5 people. But honestly we were overall very pleased with the resort.

Beautiful big clean rooms with amazing pool view. Room 1122 perfect location. So many lovely bars and restaurant with good quality food and drinks above your usual all inclusive. Loved them all other than found mo’s to be a bit limited for choice compared to the choice and quality in the others. Lovely beach. Nice reef although as shallow a little murky at times. But can still see loads of amazing fish. Amazing waterpark for the kids. Friendly helpful staff in reception bar and Ahmed by the pool. A stones throw from farsha can see it a few doors up from the bar in the hotel overlooking the beach and a short 10 mins walk to it. Stunning looking hotel would recommend.
