Africa Waterpark Holidays

great restaurant. good staples for the children and enough variation for the adults. hotel staff friendly and the entertainment team worked hard to get everyone involved. great number of slides for all ages.

Great resort, very well-maintained property. Good waterpark resort.

Very Disappointing Experience – Far Below 5-Star Standards The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing, as staff appeared to prioritize guests who were more likely to offer tips. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to provide a 5-star all-inclusive experience. Gave used holed The hotel is significantly overpriced, especially considering that it is not a beachfront property. Not worth paying more than $150 per night for an all-inclusive room. One of the most frustrating aspects was being charged extra $260 USD for a 7-year-old child to stay in the same room for just two nights, which I found completely unreasonable. The facilities also fell far short of expectations: * Wave pool: Operates only twice a day, for approximately 10 minutes each time. * Swimming pools and water park: All close at 5:00 PM, which is far too early for an all-inclusive resort. * Towel service: Guests are required to provide a deposit card to receive towels, an unnecessary inconvenience. * Room condition: Damaged floor tiles were present in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel charging premium rates. Despite requesting an early check-in a week in advance, we were left waiting in the lobby on old, worn-out, and damaged couches until the official check-in time. This demonstrated a lack of consideration for guests and poor customer service. Overall, this hotel falls well below the standards expected of a 5-star all-inclusive resort. Max 3 star
