The staff were helpful and nice. The place was clean. However, in the room I was given, whenever you change the room temperature, the air-conditioning duct would make banging/tapping sounds which keep you up at night. The bed, tightly made with extra large sheets (not an issue) had most of the sheet on one side of the bed and hardly any on the other side of the bed. I woke up one night lying on the bed itself and not the sheet and had to remake the bed so that the sheet could be tucked in properly. Having a room next to the staff lift meant you'd wake up to staff talking loudly outside your door. On the last day there was a lot of drilling and banging coming from the hallway. Overall it was a decent stay but not great. It's a decent hotel in a convenient location.

Clean room. Some of the lobby staffs can be nicer. They were so dismissive.

Perfect suite for our family of four. The washer dryer in unit was a major plus. Great breakfast and superb location.

Property is very close to Darling Harbour, but notes on how to get there by turning left on Level 4 of the car park to the level 2 bridge could be better. The TV did not work for almost 24 hours from book in and took me 3 attempts to get it rectified. Should have notes in room on how to check and fix fir yourself rather than maintenance staff who only work days being able to fix it. Asked for another room and front desk staff declined, but advised maintenance would fix next morning which did not happen.

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there! We will be back!

Great stay at SYD APT Pullman. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again !!!

Eighth next to QVB, very safe even at nighty and a block away criminal tram and bus line made it very convenient

They had very good service and was very helpful with things we needed.
