Nice hotel in a good location but way too expensive for what you get. Not worth it.

This is an apartment in a standard old 3 story Montreal building. Very representative of typical downtown Montreal living. But beware - these places have little or no soundproofing. You will hear every footstep of the people above you, and the voices next door. This was OK for much of our stay but we were unlucky the first night, when people upstairs, including children, were walking and running almost continually until 1am, preventing sleep. But the other nights were not so bad. There is a lot of space, a good kitchen, and a bus stop to central Montreal right outside. And it is in an area with many nice cafes, restaurants, and tiny unique shops.

It was a really good area. Lots of good restaurants nearby and close to the metro and bus stations. The check in and check out process were clear. The room we stayed at was spacious and pretty clean. Would recommend!

All was good except for 2 of the staff in the lounge, very rude unhelpful on multiple occasions. Overall staff was great, but for the two on the gold lounge level.

Should be a 5 star review, there is so much to like about this property, it is modern, clean, good location for downtown and plateau, the rooms are great and I have no issue with the limited onsite staff presence. The issue is the listed amenities. I booked the hotel specifically because of the spa and gym. The spa is out of order, and by the other reviews on google it seems it has been that way for months if not a year. There was no note of this anywhere during the booking process. I specifically checked as I have been caught out with issues like this before. A real disappointment. The gym is a really beautiful space but barely has any equipment in it. Of the few pieces in it, the pulley machine and one single treadmill were broken. I don’t expect much from a hotel gym, a rack of weights and a couple of cardio machines would have been more than sufficient, but the equipment seemed like it was more for show than actual use. When these issues were raised, nothing from the hotel. Expedia kindly offered me a partial credit. Mostly just disappointing because these seem like such easy fixes and the stay would have been perfect. If you care about these amenities, probably choose somewhere else. If you don’t, I’m sure you’ll have a fine stay.

I stay here frequently. Comfortable, clean, quiet. No hesitation to recommend this place.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’endroit est très calme et la sonorisation est excellente, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. Seul petit point à améliorer : l’isolation au niveau de la porte d’entrée pourrait être meilleure, car on entend les bruits du couloir. Globalement, une expérience très agréable.
