I will start with the $50 daily credits, you can only use them at the spa to get a massage that is over $300 usd, you can’t use them at the stores either. So it was worthless to get any credits. We picked the all inclusive package, upon arrival we were given our bracelets to our room, no introduction to the property, restaurants, or amenities. We have stayed in other hotels and we are members of Xcaret, we were just trying a different place. We will continue to go back to our home Xcaret. Very disappointed that we did not get a good welcome to this place.

My family had an amazing experience. The facility was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the diversity of dining options and room service when we didn’t feel like leaving the room or just needed a snack. The shuttle to and from the resort was excellent. The diversity of alcohol was impressive. Not a bunch of low level well liquor. The spa was top notch. The only negative was the “sales pitch” to try to get you to buy a right to use package. They offer discounts for the couple hours of your time. I did not find the discounts to be worth our time.
