Guest Services Staff Member Eli provided me excellent service when I asked him for dinner recommendations in the surrounding Manhattan area for my 1 night stay at Club Quarters. Eli provided 3 recommendations and was courteous.
Other Guest services staff members at the front desk always greeted me with eye contact and a warm demeanor upon entering and leaving the lobby area throughout my stay.
I did not like the craftsmanship or aesthetic design of the room I stayed in.
I did not like the items from the Provisions snack bar. The Popcorn tasted stale. I also did not like the taste of the nuts or Toffee that I purchased.
The Guest Services Staff collective professionalism was the highlight of the hotel stay despite the complaints about the room.

The hotel was not at all as it seemed by pics online. The elevators weren’t working properly and we had to wait for 10 min or so each time we wanted to go out of our room we actually checked out early because of this. Terrible experience for the insane price.
