Beautiful location amazing beach and lovely staff. Although there are restaurants and a large buffet it is very difficult to get a spot at the restaurants. They make you go to the buffet for the first 2 nights. Probably to save money. The pool was big but a lot of Debris on the bottom. The other pool with swim up bar somebody threw up in so we never want in. There are jet skis on the beach that are not part of the resort as well as a lot of vendor on the beach. Very irritating
I would not return.

We loved Atlantis and definitely plan to be back again! There is so much to do that a week was not enough. Some of the staff could definitely benefit from customer service training, as some were very rude. I would say 95% of the staff was friendly, when you pay as much as you do for this resort you expect ALL staff to be friendly. But this was not bad enough to keep us from going again. The waterpark was so much fun, the rooms were very clean, and the marine life was gorgeous everywhere you went.
