If you’re looking to stay in the Times Square area, this hotel is an excellent choice. Our room was spotless and surprisingly spacious for a New York City property. The common areas were beautifully maintained, and the rooftop restaurant was a wonderful bonus with a great atmosphere. We also really appreciated the complimentary morning coffee and evening wine — such a thoughtful touch. The staff was consistently pleasant, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be in the heart of New York City.

Staff was friendly and helpful every time we spoke with them and asked questions. The room and bathroom were very clean. They have small game room with a foosball and ping pong table on the first floor. On the sub-level floor, there’s a small bar and lounge where you can order breakfast and dinner from. The freshly squeezed orange juice was the highlight of my breakfast, I had two glasses of it. I ordered the bacon, egg, cheese biscuit breakfast sandwich and coffee, they weren’t great. They don’t use real eggs. Order something else or walk around the corner and find a cafe or deli. The snack bar was limited, peanut m&ms, m&ms, KitKat, Reese’s butter cups, Pringle’s, few other options of chips, and sodas. Coffee is also option in the snack bar, but it’s hotel coffee, they had no creamer options when I checked to mask the taste. Location is in a great spot if you’re planning to see an event at the Hammerstein Ballroom at Manhattan Center. This hotel faces the back of that building. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the entrance. Within 5-10 minutes you can walk to a great pizzeria called Vito’s, few Asian restaurants, Cafe, and across the street from the Manhattan Center there’s a Jimmy John’s, Dunkin, Five Guys, and Chipotle. There’s also an AMC movie theater if you’re up for a movie. There are tons of gift shops in every direction. It took me about 15-20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Macy’s on 34th Street and about the same time to stop at a nearby Target. Great hotel!

Very nice hotel…. Rooms are clean a new. The staff is very nice and helpful. Great restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Excellent stay, very clean spacious rooms. Location is great - close to everything. Only downfall was the bathroom, very tiny with a pedestal sink right next to the toilet, not great for women who need to get ready.

Clean room, staff and breakfast

The overall experience was good. The location is excellent — close to the subway, surrounded by restaurants, and very walkable. There is a fire station nearby, so you may be awakened by sirens a few times during the night. The room was in good condition. However, the bathroom sink is very shallow and not very practical. I wish there were more counter space around the sink to place toiletries and personal items.

Wonderful staff, loved our stay, just a minute from Central Park, and 5th Ave shops.
