Nikolina’s apartment block is beautiful. We rented a two bedroom flat and it was spotless. There are two pools, loads of sun beds, chairs, tables and umbrellas. It is also a 2 minute walk to the beach. The town is a 20 min walk but we found it too hot and a bit dangerous with children so we got Ubers or Bolts. Nikolina is responsive and helpful. Thank you My only tip would be to be sure which apartment from the description specifically you have booked as the photos can be a bit misleading.

We didn't choose this hotel. Our other accommodation cancelled the day before and Hotels.com found this option for us. I wouldn't have chosen a family hotel but we were desperate. Housekeeping was erratic - one day they emptied the bin, another day they made the bed, one day they cleaned the bathroom. Saggy mattresss & a gap between the bed and the wall so the pillow disappeared. Breakfast buffet excellent & lovely breakfast staff. When we went to use the indoor pool, there was nobody on reception. After a few minutes, I went to the main hotel reception & asked them to call the wellness staff. It was clear from her tone on the phone that she was being rude about people complaining. When I returned to the pool, the wellness staff member was rude. The lockers in the changing rooms don't have keys. We were told "kids stole them." There is no private changing room: I was told if I wanted privacy to go in the shower cubicle. The pool is OK but was always packed so we couldn't swim. We paid our tourist tax the night before leaving due to an early start. On departure we returned the swipe card & were asked if we had ordered a lunchbox to go - we hadn't because we hadn't been made aware we could. We would definitely have taken one because of missing breakfast. The rooms at the back are called "park view" but there is no park. There is a carpark which is noisy with frequent delivery trucks leaving the engine running. Also, there is a constant rumble of hotel air-con 24-hours a day.

Très bien situé au coeur de la vieille ville. Chambre propre et confortable avec vue incroyable sur la cathédrale. Proche de toutes les attractions et du point d'arrivée en traversier. Accueil chaleureux et délicieux petit déjeuner. Merci special à Karlo et Agnès pour le petit déjeuner sans gluten ❤️

We were greated on arrival and shown around our amazing apartment - it was fantastic and right in the middle of Zadar old town, so everything was within easy reach! I look forward to returning soon!!

The resort was beautiful, and we had a very peaceful stay. The restaurant options are limited, but what they offered was good, and the staff were so friendly. There is a little convenience store on the property if you want further food options. I had thought there was a gym, but there is only an outdoor workout area. Overall, if you like being remote in a peaceful setting far from the crowds, this place is great.

We stayed at Molum hotel for 6 nights as a family of 4 with two younger children on a half board basis. The hotel was nice, modern and well presented. The family suit was well proportioned with the two rooms and kitchen with two balconies. Hotel amenities were good, pools were always clean and plenty of access to sun loungers. The pool bar service app was very helpful and our 3 year old enjoyed the children's pool and park. The cafe was a nice addition for something extra, the service was always provided with a smile and our boys really enjoyed the vanilla milk. Newly opened last year- teething problems seem to have been thoroughly addressed and this is now a smooth 5 star experience from check in to leaving. Lovely rooms, great spa and indoor/ outdoor pool.

Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. Some of the mobile homes are also farther from the beach than depicted in the photos. There’s room for improvement in sustainability efforts, such as better recycling options and care for stray animals. That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking.
