Île Boulay Waterpark Holidays

I booked this stay last minute, and the location was accommodating, even helping me arrange a taxi to the airport, which I greatly appreciated. As a traveler, I always look forward to enjoying the amenities to get the most value for my money. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that both the hot tub and sauna were out of service, and it seemed they had been unavailable for some time. On a positive note, the staff was warm and welcoming, which made my stay more pleasant despite the setbacks.

Great clean hotel and near the airport.

The Hotel and staff are amazing. Rooms are immaculate. Staff are amazing hosts and very accommodating. Food was excellent. There was not 1 thing during my trip that was not 5 stars. Very close to shopping district. Lobby is beautiful and very welcoming, also a nice place to relax and unwind.

The room service atrendant came to my room at 2am and ask me to pay for my meal bill . They had the option to add the bill to my room tab . This attitude is unaceptable . I did not appreciate the way i was treated . I hope management will be inform of this incident and no other customer will have to go through that kind of treatement being a guest to any hotel . I am very upset
