My 1st night was the day before and my room light could not be turned off
The technician was called at 1am and had to disable panel but promise to fix it the next day which was the this review date and when I got back to the room it was not even done or cleaned for such a cost this is unacceptable but not considerate of that fact they asked me for another tax called property tax on my way out .
This is just unbelievable
