The air conditioning in the room was not functioning, and the temporary cooling unit provided was largely ineffective. Despite my request to change rooms, the request was declined. Additionally, I found the staff to be unaccommodating and unhelpful in addressing the issue.

One of the rooms was not cleaned properly, found dirt and used plaster on the floor.

Always have a lovely stay at the Clayton Hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Close to the shops, bars and restaurants

Very basic property. Pretty clean although seating and carpet could have been cleaner. Storage for clothing had limited access. Was ok for our purposes.

The hotel was lovely, we were able to store our bags before check in. Spa facilties were amazing, shampoo and body wash supplied in changing room and hotel rooms. Room very spacious. We didnt have sheets on one bed but this was quickly rectified.
