Cromstrijen Waterpark Holidays

The bathroom and the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper. The service was terrible.

Mostly everything needed to live, some things that were missing was stuff like a kitchen towel, cupboard for storing food. Sofa looks good but wasnt that comfortable. There were a few smaller faults, like some electrical socets not being attached properly and some knifes were missing. But after contacting the hotel, they came by and had a look and fixed what they could and also gave me a complementary bottle of cava. All in all, nice place in a nice area that makes it feel like you're almost a local.

Perfect place to stay, convenient location, 15 min walk from a direct tram (number 4) to centraal station. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless. Hotel bar is beautiful and cozy. Reception area lovely. Staff there were always incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The room (Deluxe) was huge, well placed mirrors, wardrobe size was great, shower was always good, bed was GIANT, with soft sheets and a comfy mattress. TV was in a great spot so was always comfortable to watch. Limited options for the TV of what to watch unless renting a film (roughly £10 each). The spa area was amazing. It was so clean, and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to experience the spa hut to ourselves my partner and I. The spa shuts at 10pm so a late night spa trip was the way to go. We would get what felt like private use of the pool, sauna and steam room and a little shower before leaving! Just all round a 5 star hotel and I couldn’t have been more grateful to have the opportunity to stay here, it allowed for me and my partner to have the best anniversary we could’ve asked for. Excellent little hotel with a lovely adjacent bar, that does great cocktails. A nearby supermarket served me well for food, and the location is great. Amsterdam is a very walkable city anyway but you are close here to two good shopping districts and museums, and right next to a tram line . The room was great , really comfortable and the staff were excellent. Would definitely chose this place again.

They have the nicest staffs here, very warm and considerate, very welcoming and thoughtful comparing to the other hotel we lived the night before, they gave us some silver lining while stuck in Amsterdam in snow. Would definitely revisit this boutique hotel next time x

Great staff and ambiance.

Staff all very helpful, assisting with tourist info and dining recomendations. Due to our early check-out we were offered a breakfast bag of goodies which were all fresh. Great service on all ronts.

Thiscis a lovely little hotel very close to the center of Brugges but nestled on a quiet street out of the hustle and bustle.

Clean room, excellent service.
