A fantastic hotel and would certainly stay there again. Five Stars ✔️

This hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the harbour. Overall it has not been maintained specifically in terms of carpet being very soiled throughout hallways and rooms, We stayed om the 3rd floor up many staircases inaccessible by the elevator and staff did not offer help with heavy suitcases. I was also handed an extremely hot plate at breakfast that burned and blistered both my hands and given nothing to compensate other than burn gel packs. Often disheveled staff are not well trained and guests repeatedly have to wave them down as they are too busy fussing with throw cushions and chatting rather than taking care of guest needs. Mattress also had springs poking out and pillows lumpy. Overall I was disappointed with our stay other than the food and view which was 5/5.

The staff were great and very friendly. The spa was very good. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices apart from kids running a muck touching food. Our room was clean and tidy the only thing that let it down was the quality of the mattress and that there was no where to put your suitcase and no hooks for coats.

Beautiful property, extremely well kept and equipped. Great location near beach, restaurants and supermarkets (only few minutes walk!).
