Hoogezand-Sappemeer Waterpark Holidays

Danny and Karim on Reception were outstanding, super friendly and so helpful. Hotel has real character and is ideally placed to explore Amsterdam. Room was not particularly large but was ideal for our needs and is what we looked for when we booked. Excellent bathroom and facilities/'Rituals' toiletries - super! The newly opened restaurant - food was excellent, staff could be more friendly/personable.

Perfect location-beautiful room, clean & comfortable. Staff was also 10 out of 10!! We will be coming back!

Clean rooms, and a very comfortable bed and bedding meant we had a great few nights for a city break. The location is great - immediately next to a tram stop and supermarket or a 4 minute walk to the airport shuttle. The area around is lovely and relatively quiet. It's situated immediately on a small canal and with lots of restaurants close by. It was thankfully not in the tourist epicentre of the city. The was a room having a 3am party, but reception immediately came and shut it down. This seems an unusual activity for the hotel and its clientele. The hotel restaurant and cocktail bar were nice and staff always excellent. The only negatives were the rooms being too atmospheric (dimly lit) and the small mini-fridges not keeping anything cool. But a great stay and we would return.

Room was spacious and moderately clean with kitchenette facilities. Seemed as if the hotel's primary function was was as living quarters.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. Nicest staff ever. Great service. Good location, right next to a tram stop.

The breakfast menu was good, although there was no full cooked breakfast, with an extensive buffet selection. The bar was well stocked with a good selection of gins.

Stella at the front desk was fantastic and took great care of us as did all the staff. It was a very nice place to stay.

Staff was very professional and friendly, the room was perfect!
