So so stay in hottest week of year.
Room size good but design of room let it down.
Restaurant not opened on Monday/Tuesday evening ( in a 4star hotel!) and bar in hotel disappointing.
could not get room to a comfortable temp during whole stay, whatever we tried, and fan in room was completely useless.

Clean & Tidy room as ever. Stadium view but smaller than rear facing, but still well appointed with a modern clean bathroom. Sports bar was rammed as the England v Panama game was on. Took my Scotland top off out of respect. Food was decent and as expected for a sports bar. Staff always friendly & helpful too. Always a go-to hotel for me in Newcastle.
