Friendly staff, very clean and very quiet. In a very nice area on the outskirts of the city but only a 15 min tram ride from the centre

Great location. Lovely hotel.

I liked the art deco design throughout the hotel. The studio room had a very large shower area so the floor doesn’t get wet in the rest of the bathroom. There was kitchenette area plus and iron and ironing board.

We were disappointed to receive notice two days before travelling that the pool facilities were closed, which was a main reason for picking the hotel, on arrival check in receptionist past the buck for us to see a manager next morning. The room we was given was an inner room overlooking the overgrown scruffy inner courtyard with views of metal fire escape, very disappointing as was booked as a deluxe room General manager next morning did offer vouchers to use another hotel pool facility, as explained who wants to walk ten fifteen minutes to another hotel when the facility was to pop into the lift for a quick relaxing swim. Having explained our feelings of the room we was offered a new room with a canal view, manager did also offer some complimentary drinks but these never materialised The room service each day was very inconsistent to the extent with one day our towels removed but no new ones left

We checked in early at 9 am, being told room will be ready at 3 pm. Checked back at 2:55 pm, being told still not ready, but any minute now. Sat in the lobby waited till 3:15 pm, still no notice - only through email. The counter has long lines. If I waited in the line that would be another 20 minutes, and we were tired due to jet lag. I went to customer relations desk. I saw them in and out, still trying to figure out where my room is. Finally 3:30pm got my room. The room was what I requested, two beds, with great view to the central station square. Getting rooms to waiting customers by 3 pm needs more work.

My stay in the Presidential Suite at Hotel & Spa Savarin was an absolute dream. The highlight of the entire experience was the magnificent private terrace, which provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beautiful skylight views. The suite itself was incredibly spacious, elegant, and spotlessly clean. Even without using the spa or restaurant facilities, the sheer comfort, luxury, and privacy of the room made this an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend upgrading to this suite for a truly elevated experience!
