The location, parking and staff are great. The AC was really the main issue this time, it just did not cool the room enough. Also, the fact that there is no coffee in the room and they charge $6 for it in the lobby is annoying.

I liked how close the beach was and that you can walk and find many restaurants. I did not like how slow the elevator was, but this is minor. Staff was always helpful.

This hotel needs a refresh for sure. That being said the manager and staff were awesome and very helpful. Location is perfect. Hotel is nice but rundown for a five star.
