Nice boutique style room. The property was clean and quiet. Not much room in the bathroom for counter space was the only drawback.

Staff were extremely helpful. Close to a lot of attractions. Clean. Be mindful- It’s a boutique hotel inside of a business building.

The apartment was clean and spacious, it was a wonderful spot to stretch out, reorganize and relax for a few.

Located very close to city center, nice interior design. Our room was a two-room suite, however there were no doors between the rooms, so noise from one room was clearly heard in the other room. Also no AC, and the suite was all glass windows, it overheated badly

The room was great! The staff was exceptional. So appreciate how attentive and warm and friendly everyone was.

The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. We opted for the Sapphire suite with access to the hot tub. (side note- this is advertised as being private, but it is on a shared balcony with no dividers). We also chose to include breakfast and that was wonderful. There were many hot and cold food options and a good variety of beverages as well. Great offering especially when traveling with kids. You should absolutely visit the spa if you get a chance. It was the best way to end our trip. I was absolutely impressed by the kindness of the staff- Anna at the front desk and Robert with maintenance in particular. Anna did everything she could to assure we had a wonderful stay and Robert was incredibly kind and helpful. They really made the stay exceptional for us. I would ultimately return because of them. You can stay at a nice hotel anywhere, but the staff is what makes this place stand out. Thank you so much for that.

Easy parking and walk to all downtown attractions. Room was clean and kitchenette was well furnished. Cheaper than the more recognizable hotels and so much more for the money.

Central location, easy to get there from airport by flybus. Staff very nice and helpful. Had to leave early so missed the breakfast that was included but they were setting it up and it looked like a lot of choices. Rooms are very small but we expected that.
