We can for the spa for Mother’s Day, which was amazing. Arrived very early and the checked us in to the room straight away.

The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!

Check in was a bit disorganised, I'd written to ask for a twin room as it wasn't clear if it was possible on the booking and no one had responded ( although they did after I'd checked in) when I checked in I was told no problem, but the room wasn't ready. When we went back there wasn't a twin ro available and we had to down grade to a black room with no windows to get one, but didn't get a discount. You can use only use the pool area to wait if they aren't full with bookings, we went upstairs for dinner and told we couldn't stay for dinner as they were full. I just think once you book, they should send you a request list to book everythhig so you know.

Brilliant hotel, super helpful and friendly staff. Food was amazing. The only fault and seriously this is the most minor thing was the vents in the bath room need a good dust. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Lovely hotel and conference centre on outskirts of Gothenburg. You do have to get a tram and there’s a short walk to get there. Huge sports centre as part of it and park/ sports fields around it. Nice to get out of the city ( a lot of building work in Gothenburg at the time of the visit). Public transport is efficient and frequent so no problem getting to and from the hotel. Rooms basic and beds very comfortable. Everything clean. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful.
