Lovely place great rooms and amenities lots of parking quiet area 20 min from cannes will definitely go back, mougins area is lovely especially old town lots of restaurants around and market too

Staff is beyond friendly and we had a great stay. Beach is around 20 minute walk but we don’t mind. They let you borrow beach towels, and umbrella which was ai helpful.

We had a 8 night stay in the duplex room. Beautiful view, great location, convenient hub if traveling to nearby cities around the cote azure. Staff kept the grounds very clean and maintained, rooms were cleaned regularly and overall nice hotel. The downside to the stay: - had to pay for beach beds , €45 euro 2nd row and €60 for front row. - air conditioning on the 2nd level didn’t work. Avg room temp never dropped below 22c. They couldn’t fix it - towards the last nights of the stay the room began to smell moldy. Was hoping they would move us but never did. - breakfast was a bit mundane and not included in room rate - bathroom had no door, just a curtain which could be uncomfortable when staying with multiple people - no real closets in the room. Just more shelves covered by curtains. The manager Luca did comp our additional charges which was a nice gesture but when paying $1300 per night and expecting 5 star amenities, you should get a lot more. Staff was kind and friendly but after multiple complaints about the AC not working, kindness and smiles only get you so far. We made the best of it and hope this beautiful hotel does fill the necessary gaps.

Beautiful old property within the walls of a beautiful old town. Comfy beds robes free cold drinks and fresh sweets left in the room. I felt spoiled.

The rooms need proper cleaning, otherwise can't say much as we didn't eat in this location

First the positive. The room was clean, quiet and a short walk to the beach. Now the negative. Upon arrival there was a security gate to enter through. A numbered keypad and call button were located there. After many attempts all the call button did was ring. No one picked it up. I tried the phone number listed on the hotels.com website. That didn’t work either. Frustrated I decided to climb over the gate. The front desk person then came out. He apologized, saying he knew the call button was inoperative. Seriously? He couldn’t leave the gate unlocked? There was another secure door with a keypad at the hotel entrance. The hotel has no lift, so you have to lug your baggage in our case up stairs to the third floor. The room was obviously an attic space converted to a room. Sloping ceilings and wood beams. If you’re over 4 feet, you will hit your head getting out of bed. The A/C produced virtually nothing cold. The room was hot, at least 80 F. The front desk is unmanned after 8PM, so there’s no resolution to problems. A hostel would be much better value. No way would I stay again or recommend this hotel. I don’t often complain, but this hotel was an insult.
