The breakfast was really poor. They had run out of everything an hour before the end of breakfast time. Clearing tables was so slow. No croissants, bread, pastries. We kept having to ask for a bowl or a plate as they weren’t replenishing anything.

The studio was spacious, smart and freshly decorated. Its location beside the station and the chateau on the edge of the old town was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Having to ask for clean towels, buy toilet rolls and empty the rubbish bins ( on pain of a 50 euro fine) and buy disposal bags was unfamiliar! That aspect of 'hotel' in aparthotel was less enjoyable.
