I consider that the exterior appearance wasn't according to the conditions inside .In front of the hotel ,there were small Park and were two people living there, they look like homeless. I only want to remark that details

The place was spacious, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The location was unbelievable, walkable to lots of good restaurants, cafes and local attractions. Will definitely stay there again if we’re back in Madrid. Highly recommend it!!!

One of the best hotels
I have ever stayed. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great location right on Gran Via yet a quiet room, warm decor, a great breakfast selection for a very reasonable price, helpful staff, a wonderful rooftop, and great amenities, what else? We will definitely stay here when we are in Madrid—loved it!
