Valle del Jerte Waterpark Holidays

Location is fantastic, right amongst shops and cafes/restaurants. Metro across the road was convenient. Hotel has great rooms and breakfast was superb! Friendly staff and 2 elevators made the stay very pleasant. We had room on 4th floor overlooking Gran Via and having double glazed windows and block out curtains made the stay nice and quiet (and dark when curtains closed). Air Con worked very well in the 30c plus weather. Would definitely recommend and would come back again for sure.

Perfect location in Madrid to walk to all the sights - would stay there again!

Location was busy but nice to be in the center of things. Loved the decor. AC worked well. Despite being a smaller room, felt spacious enough to move around even with 2 people. Had an issue with the front desk staff. When I checked in, there was an open bottle of water that had already been used. I called to get new bottles which were promptly brought to me. But then 15 min later I received a call to tell me I was wrong and that the bottle normally looks that way. I know what a used bottle of water looks like and my boyfriend had seen it too. Why would the staff feel it’s necessary to call and be so insulting to insinuate I couldn’t tell the difference? You gave me my bottle, move on. Left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole trip. Will not be returning if that’s the way you treat your guests. Unfortunate because I’m planning another trip soon and otherwise was looking forward to staying there again.

Rooftop pool was "closed for the season" even though it was 30degC outside in September. Really???Location was great, directly across from Moncloa Metro station. Staff pleasant.

AMAZING!!! Literally one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was a huge apartment and was outfitted so well. Kitchen fully stocked for anything you could need. Lots of closet storage. Very nice to have a washer in the apartment. Very quiet. Nice bedding and fluffy pillows. Mid week sheet/towel change was very nice. Grocery across the street and everything else within easy walking distance. LOVED the staff. We met 4 people who managed the front desk and they were all so welcoming and friendly with suggestions and tips. After a busy day of sightseeing, this was such a comfortable and clean home away from home for 7 nights. Special thanks to Christina who helped us get Netflix in the TV 😜10/10 stay
