Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. A great unit for a family. Our favorite parts were the balcony, secure parking garage, and location. The building felt safe and the street/area was clean.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Felt like a resort. We had a partial ocean view room and the balcony view was amazing, as was the room. The staff was wonderful. However the person who assisted with checkout at the desk was not very friendly. It felt a little like he thought I didn’t belong there. I would definitely stay there again. Valet parking only, for $50 a day but the booking info said onsite parking options include a garage.

Room was Clean. Staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was a big spread but just okay. Outside street noise is very loud and the rooms gets very warm so you have to have your window open to cool them off.

This hotel is far from being a 5 star. Is the most tacky place I ever been. The food of their restaurant is terrible, the rooms are outdated

Great stay, very conveniently located to Termini station.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The location was especially convenient and ideal for visiting all the main sights. Would happily stay here again!

Beautiful room, location was outside the busy city but with easy access to the main centre by bus/metro. Really enjoyed our stay here, 5 stars
